As the downturn starts to bite, this year's ISBA conference provided a space for advertisers to refocus on the changed market realities they are facing in 2009. As well as sharing suggestions for new approaches to dealing with the tougher economic environment, delegates also heard forecasts about the future of the media landscape and about the challenge, and benefits, of 'greening' their companies and threading a more sustainable approach throughout the marketing function.
